CONSULTATION
The good news is that our first meeting is a free no-obligation consultation.
One of our experienced design team will have an in-depth talk about what you need from a garden design.
We want to know how you wish to use your garden.
Tell us if you love to entertain, relax, sunbathe, need privacy, shade or to create safe spaces for children.
Do you want a low-maintenance garden if you don’t enjoy gardening?
Or you will enjoy somewhere to grow fruit and vegetables, or are you a keen gardener?
That’ll enable us to design your bespoke garden to suit you.
We will help you to realise the full potential of your garden to create the haven you’ve been dreaming of.
We’ll discuss what styles you like, how much you wish to invest and what will work within the space you’ve got.
If you already know how you want your garden to look, then great. Our garden designers in Bath will incorporate it into your design.

MEET THE DESIGNERS
A perfect garden design begins with thorough preparation. We start by surveying your garden in detail. This is to ensure we have the dimensions and facts correct. Then we’ll create a scale digital 3D model, so our designers can visualise your space.
Then we’ll hand your design over to your brilliant garden designer. Using their creative magic, they’ll know how to begin to create a perfect bespoke garden. They’ll see opportunities in your garden, that you didn’t know existed.
It starts with a visit. After lots of talking and discussions, the first part of the design process is a rough sketch design. It’s a chance to bring together all the thoughts and ideas that allows us to check that we are on the same page as you.
You will also get a ballpark costing.
When you agree and like what you see, then the garden designers work to finalise the completed design. This is the final design stage.
There will be real samples of products shown to you if required. This will help you finalise details like choosing your paving or decking.
Once the full design plan is complete, then we’ll arrange a meeting to present your beautiful garden design. This is where you’ll see the 3D drawings so you can visualise the finished result. They are a lifelike representation of what to expect once the garden is established.
At this meeting, there will be a detailed breakdown of the costs with a fixed price for building it.
We want you to understand where you are investing your money, so there won’t be any surprises later on.
Finally, we’ll let you know when we can start construction and how long it will take.

Garden Hand Over & Follow Up Checks

HANDOVER– Once the build work is complete, we will walk around with you during the official handover to ensure you are fully satisfied. This is to make sure you are completely happy with your beautiful new garden.

BESPOKE AFTERCARE BOOK- We always present customers with a bespoke printed aftercare book. This includes information on how to look after your new plants, paving and the products we have used.

FOLLOW UP VISIT– Yet, we don’t leave it there. We’ll also visit a month or more later to make sure the garden is living up to your expectations. Any issues- we’ll sort them out.
